• Banana mask – You can eat bananas and make a mask from it too. Bananas mixed with fillers earth ( Multani Mitti ) is a mask that your skin will love. It removes tan and may protect your skin from free radical damage. Rich in antioxidants bananas can help fight free radicals.
• Lemon-honey mask: Tan of skin can be easily removed by lemon and honey mask. Take one teaspoon of honey and one lemon juice. Mix them well in a bowl to make a paste. Apply the paste to the tanned region of the body. Rinse with normal water once the pack is dry.

• Tomato mask: Rich in Antioxidants and lycopene, tomatoes are a star ingredient to remove tanning. They work well to get rid of dead skin on your body and remove tanning. Slice up a tomato and apply it to the tanned area for a while. Wash with normal water after 10 mins. Use a tomato mask two to three times a week. You will see a difference in your skin if you use it religiously in the summer months.
• Aloe vera: Aloe vera is a gem of an ingredient and useful equally for skin and hair. Aloe vera provides nourishment to your skin from within. It can used for sunburn and tanning. Make a paste of aloe vera gel with a pinch of turmeric. Apply this paste on the areas with sunburn and tanning. Wash your face after 10 to 15 minutes once the face pack is dry. It will give you a cooling effect and reduce your tan.
